The “Eat Bulaga” and “Unang Hirit” host revealed Friday, May 3, on Instagram that she said yes to the actor’s proposal while they were in Disneyland California.
She shared a video of Gonzalez getting down on one knee with fireworks in the background.
“Yes! A million times over! I love you!” she wrote in the caption.

Gonzalez shared the same video on Instagram and explained why he chose
Disneyland to pop the question.

“I asked her to marry me in the happiest place on earth because for her, I know it will surpass that happiness thousand times over,” he said. “Oh, and she said yes!”

“8 years ago I met the girl of my dreams. On this day, I asked her to marry me. Soon, I will call her my wife and we will start a family. This is, by far, the happiest day of my life!”

Back in 2017, Dy said on the documentary show “Tunay na Buhay” that she and Gonzalez would discuss getting married. At the time, she said they were in no rush and felt that “if it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be.”
