Governor of Iowa Kim Reynolds is the mother of three grown daughters and grandma of eleven grandchildren.
Reynolds grew up in St. Charles, Iowa, and was born in Truro, Iowa.
She attended Northwest Missouri State University, Southeastern Community College, and Southwestern Community College after graduating from the Interstate 35 Community School District in 1977.
Reynolds graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies in 2016.

Kim and Kevin Reynolds have three adult daughters, Jennifer, Nicole, and Jessica.
As a result of their grown and married daughters, Kim and Kevin have 11 grandkids. Kim Reynolds and her children and grandchildren live in central Iowa.
She revealed in 2018 that her daughters and grandchildren were all educated in public schools.
Since April 3, 1982, Kevin and Kim Reynolds have been married. When Kim Reynolds was elected governor in 2017, Kevin stepped down.
