According to the Times Of Israel, she was brought up in her mother’s Catholic religion. In 2016, she disclosed on TLC’s Who Do You Think You Are show that her mother is an Italian American with origins from Rome and Naples.
On the other hand, her father is Jewish, a Sephardic Jew with ancestry from Thessaloniki in Greece.
