Comedian Patton Oswalt’s wife, Michelle McNamara, died in her sleep on April 21, 2016, n her family’s Los Angeles home. Reportedly, her death was due to the consequences of multiple medication drugs, including Adderall, Xanax and the pain medication fentanyl.
