Radcliffe Bailey was a contemporary American visual artist known for his works in mixed media, painting, and sculpture that focused on African-American history. He lived in Atlanta, Georgia.
Bailey studied sculpture but also experimented with paint and mixed media. He worked at the intersection of painting and sculpture, including historical photographs of his family, vinyl records, piano keys, and bottle caps.
